R & L Development Company has the expertise to complete any pipeline project you may have.  We have technicians certified to bond HDPE pipe, and experience in many other types of pipeline installations, upgrades, and repairs.  All of our Site Superintendents have completed "competent person" training for excavations.  This fact, coupled with their many years of practical experience, ensure our pipeline projects are completed in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
